Sheila Leonard

Project Manager Assistant

Sheila joined Gallin in 2024 as a Project Manager Assistant, bringing with her 20+ years of experience as an admin. When asked what the #1 requirement is for supporting busy professionals, she replies without hesitation – organization. Sheila assists multiple Project Managers, who in turn oversee multiple projects. Accuracy and attention to detail are everything when it comes to managing crowded schedules, juggling emails, scanning and uploading drawings, applying for permits, to name just a few of her daily tasks. Sheila’s ability to keep her PMs on track and on task are why she is thriving in this demanding role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As Project Manager Assistant, Sheila has active involvement in attending job site meetings, reviewing construction drawings, and processing submittals, change orders and meeting minutes. Sheila also works closely with clients, building owners and subcontractors in helping to uphold the long-standing tradition of exceptional service that is a quintessential hallmark of Gallin. Sheila functions as our liaison to coordinate between the project team, the expeditor and the sub-contractors to ensure all close-out documents are distributed and all permits are signed off in a timely manner.
