Warner Music Group – Before/After

For the first time in their long and storied history, Warner Music brought all their labels together under one roof. This 300,000 square foot build-out spanning six floors included a spectacular high-end design of cantilevered staircases, reclaimed wood floors, open work areas, exposed ceilings, and a pantry/café area large enough for 275 people… every square foot of which was wired with a state-of-the-art sound system. For the artists working on site, Gallin built two performance areas, sound and recording studios, and several private writing areas accessible through sliding barn doors.
