Sushi Ginza – Before/After

Gallin built this elegant restaurant for the ultimate sushi dining experience. The clean lines and earth tones used throughout evoke the aesthetic of traditional Japanese shoji screens – from the double hung atrium entrance to the lengthy custom-built counter and imported Japanese wall tile. The floating island and open tables add to the serenity of the atmosphere out front, while behind the scenes, Gallin installed the working kitchen where world-class chefs create their masterpieces.
