The global real estate advisory firm Savills asked Gallin back when it was time for a refresh. Having had a positive experience on the initial buildout, they once again called upon Gallin’s expertise and professionalism to craft a new custom-tailored space. Work on the design by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill took place in phases, allowing Savills to occupy the floor the entire time. Special emphasis was given to collaborative spaces both large and small. An expansive town hall meeting area, eat-in pantry and a small huddle room provide a sense of space and comfort to communal gathering areas. Glass, wood, and marble are offset by built-in installations of live plants that bring warmth to the sweeping open plan. Gallin once again delivered for a loyal client, continuing to build on relationships that can last for generations.
