Penn 1- Terrace

Perhaps best known for our stunning interiors, Gallin loves the opportunity to take our work outside. This high-flying terrace on the 55th floor of PENN 1 is a perfect example. Running the length of both the north and south facades, the design by KPF is clean and sharp. Polished wood railings provide safety, while thick glass partitions allow for an unimpeded, breathtaking view in every direction. The project included new glass entry doors, large stone pavers, hospitality bars, built-in benches, and handsome steel planters. An irrigation system provides automatic service to the newly planted greenery. The result is an elegant urban garden space perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the sunset.
