Jacobs
Jacobs is a global consulting firm whose mission is to “reinvent tomorrow.” No surprise then that modernity, flexibility, and innovation feature prominently in this full-floor buildout designed by the client. Open plan workstations, pantries, coffee bars, phone booths, and recessed bench seating provide a wide variety of environments. Full-height glass and metal fronts were used for interior walls, taking full advantage of the abundant natural light and stunning views found on Penn 1’s 24th floor. All new HVAC, sprinkler, and electrical services were also installed, while oval ductwork and exposed ceilings add a touch of industrial chic.
