Dotdash

Located downtown, leading digital publisher, Dotdash, operates a family of 14 sites across 10 categories including Investopedia, Verywell, The Spruce, and more. Their growing team needed a bigger space with more flexibility. Gallin built out two full floors at 28 Liberty that offer features to further Dotdash’s mission of helping and inspiring everyone everyday through the creation of incredible content and user experiences. MKDA’s cool, modern design incorporates polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and suspended lighting. Open plan desks, a glass-enclosed conference room, and cozy huddle rooms provide a range of environments, while spacious pantries double as community areas. For content creation, Gallin fitted out an in-house photography studio, test kitchen, and beauty salon. It’s all centered around a floating staircase with a bold two-story custom mural.
