The law firm Carter Ledyard Milburn engaged Gallin for a full-floor buildout of their downtown offices. The handsome design by MKDA capitalizes on stunning views and abundant light by utilizing floor-to-ceiling interior glass walls. In select areas exposed ceilings leave HVAC and fire-proofed beams visible, adding edge to the otherwise refined look. A stunning 30-seat conference room and spacious pantry with Caesarstone countertops and custom millwork are balanced by private offices, intimate coffee bars, and smaller meeting rooms. Gallin installed all-new finishes, HVAC, sprinklers, and electrical throughout. Pendant lights, textured carpeting, and luxury vinyl tile add polish to the over-all effect.
