28 Liberty Stadium Seating
A public concourse at 28 Liberty Street was an opportunity to – quite literally – turn nothing into something. Gallin worked with the architects at MKDA to transform a previously unused open area with elegant stadium seating. The design coordinates perfectly with existing seating in an adjacent area. Finished in a beautiful white oak, the five risers offer an impromptu gathering spot for tenants and visitors to socialize, relax, or even take a quick meeting. During construction, temporary protective barriers kept tenants safe and foot traffic moving freely.
