2 Gansevoort Lobby – Before/After
The 12-floor build-out for Ann Inc. allowed the company to consolidate many of its operations in New York City. This multifaceted project included a full-floor service operation, a large data center, and two fully functional retail stores used to market research new products* and store design concepts. The work areas consisted of open workstations and private offices, interspersed with multiple conference rooms and meeting rooms.
