Peter earned a degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and spent the first several years of his career in public accounting in Jacksonville, Florida. As a member of the Gallin family, he happily accepted the opportunity to move north and join his cousins as part of the fifth generation of Gallins at the firm. He brings a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thoroughness that the role demands. He values transparency and open communication with both colleagues and clients.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Cost Control Manager, Peter supports both the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Managers. A good deal of his time and attention go toward the creation of invoices. He stays in close contact with the Project Managers throughout each buildout so he can submit accurate billing in a timely fashion. He also emphasizes customer service – he makes it a priority to deliver the billing in a way that best serves the client’s needs. Other duties include account reconciliations and the processing of incoming invoices.
