Construction
In the construction phase, all of the planning that went into preconstruction is implemented, and building begins. Our project management teams will oversee your project to ensure that the plan gets completed smoothly, on time and on budget.
Pre-construction
We plan, budget, and schedule the construction process to stay within your budget and timeframe.
There are four main aspects to the construction process:
Job Site Management
Our project managers and superintendents organize subcontractors and oversee the physical construction of the space. We have excellent working relationships with unions and subcontractors.
Quality Control
Through continuous monitoring, the project team can ensure that the work is being executed to our high standards, providing you the best finished space possible.
Cost Control
We review costs on a weekly basis to make sure the project stays within budget and that you never spend money unnecessarily. We scrutinize every change order to keep costs in line.
Project Closeout
We make sure you can close out your project as quickly as possible through:
- Punchlist completion, guaranteeing that every item is finished to your satisfaction
- Providing detailed “as-built” drawings to reflect the actual work performed, so you have that information available for any future needs
- Obtaining all necessary government approvals and certifications
- Reviewing all invoices before any final payments are issued, to ensure proper cost controls were met.
