Bank Street College of Education
Gallin performed this 60,000 square foot renovation from May to August. They scheduled the work around ongoing summer programs and evening classes, a plan which allowed Bank Street to keep their doors open during this major renovation. The work included installing a new electrical riser, refurbishing the base building A/C units, renovating old classrooms, creating new ones, adding restroom and sink facilities, as well as building out an entirely new suite of offices.
