LGT Capital

This was a high-end renovation of an 8,000 square foot space occupied by LGT Capital, a leading alternative investment manager. Work included multiple private and open office spaces, trading areas, a conference center with five supplemental AC units, cloud ceilings, an IT room, pantry… and even a coffee bar.
