Designed by MKDA, the resulting environments are highly desirable for their flexibility and easy-to-customize modern aesthetic. Glass front offices and conference rooms provide privacy, while open areas can be configured by the tenant to suit their needs with workstations and furniture groupings. Polished concreate floors and exposed ceilings add an edge of industrial chic. The infrastructure was overhauled using all new HVAC, sprinklers, and Power Over Ethernet (POE) lighting fixtures and controls. Restrooms, common corridors, and elevator lobbies also received stylish upgrades, completing the transformation.
