Vornado Rooftop & Whitebox – 715 Lexington Avenue

A clean slate and a fresh start. From the basement up, Gallin did a complete gut renovation of all four floors. The highlight of the buildout was the addition of a penthouse to the existing structure – Gallin constructed an entirely new, fully enclosed rooftop suite leading onto a beautifully finished deck, perfect for corporate events and employee recreation. The full scope of work included a building-wide upgrade to the HVAC system with all new air conditioning equipment. Gallin also installed an elevator to the basement, and extended the existing elevator to provide access to the new rooftop amenity space. These improvements, together with its bright white walls, poured concrete floors, and exposed ceilings, make this space the ideal blank canvas for any future tenant’s design.
