Caleres
Fashion footwear client Caleres represents more than a dozen brands. Rollmann Architecture designed a 3-floor showroom space where the merchandise is the star. High exposed ceilings and abundant track lighting flood the space with light. Glass walls create individual brand boutiques, and yet the space feels unified. Flooring includes wood, tile, and poured concrete. A staircase connecting the three floors was made over with polished wood treads paired with a glass and steel railing. Offices, restrooms, and pantry were updated to serve the staff’s needs behind the scenes.
