Baird – Before/After

Visitors enter Baird’s 10,500 sq ft space through a lobby that features a wall of slotted wood panels, comfortable seating area and a stylish floor treatment, all crowned above by a striking geometric sculpture that also functions as a light fixture.

Open workstations give the space flexibility; using conveniently located lockers to store their belongings. The balance of the space consists of intimate meeting rooms, casual work areas, an open pantry with island, and glass-front offices. Anchoring the interior is a large conference room that easily accommodates 20 at its impressive oval table, the shape of which is reflected in the dropped ceiling above.
