A NYC Financial Firm
Bright, flexible, and functional, MKDA’s design for a NYC financial firm turned a vast 35,000 square foot space into an office that’s lively and inviting. The full-floor interior build-out resulted in a total transformation. Exposed intumescent columns, glass walls, and innovative light fixtures are now found throughout the open-plan office where stylish room dividers collapse and expand to create temporary work zones. The floor plan includes a large conference room, cozy seating areas, eat-in pantry, and a 22-seat executive boardroom with a custom-built coffee bar.
